Referendum Format
The Executive Committee, the Building Committee and the Electoral Commissioner have discussed and agreed the following format for the referendum:
- Sun 9 September 2012: Summary information pack posted to Members. Comprehensive information pack available online and from the Jamaat Office.
- Sun 23 September 2012: Presentation to the Community (1.15pm). Voting will commence following the Presentation and Q&As.
- Mon 24 September 2012: Evening Voting (7.30pm - 9.00pm)
- Tue 25 September 2012: Evening Voting (7.30pm - 9.00pm)
- Thu 27 September 2012: Results Announcement & Presentation by Building Committee on Next Steps.

Update 11 September 2012: We have received the architects drawings and have finalised the Summary pack. This is now being reviewed for a final time before being sent for distribution.
