Statement from the Executive Committee-

Salamun Alaikum,

As a result of youth inactivity in the past six months, the Executive Committee of KSIMC Birmingham has decided to commission the role of a Youth Liason. The Executive Committee believes that the change in organisational structure will inshallah result in a consistent wealth of youth events.

Furthermore Brothers Sajjad Lalji and Minhaal Abdulhussein and Sister Fatema Khimji have volunteered to fill the roles of youth co-ordinators and will lead project teams. They aim to operate under the banner of a new Jamaat initiative named Birmingham Abbasi Youth Network (BAYN).

The new structure and appointments will be reviewed periodically to ensure their effectiveness and success.

The Birmingham Ahlulbayt Youth Network (BAYN) would like to encourage youths to come forward and volunteer their help on a project by project basis. For more information email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
