According to the Announcement from the office of Ayatullah Sistani (long may he live) in the holy city of Najaf, Eid al-Fitr has been confirmed to fall onMonday 26th June in the United Kingdom.
On behalf of the entire executive committee we would like to wish you all a Joyous Eid Mubaraak!
Mon 26/06: The First Shift of Eid Salaat will be held at 7.45am
The Second Shift of Eid Salaat will be held at 10am commencing with Du’a Nudba.
The Council of European Jamaats in partnership with WF and its regional federations are pleased to launch the Ramadhan Relief 2017 campaign.
This is the biggest annual appeal by far and this year, we in collaboration with WF and other regional federations have a fundraising target of £2.5m. WF is working with agencies in 15 different countries to provide relief to thousands of people in need.
The support is provided in the form of food parcels for the month, debt relief, rent support and many more. The Holy Month of Ramadan is the month of giving and we would like to engage our community into giving as much as we can to these people in need.
Look out for all the fundraising initiatives throughout this Holy Month and Please donate generously to help our fellow brothers and sisters across the world.

The Community is lucky enough to be able to host the 4 candidates running in the Hall Green constituency (which our Clifton Road Mosque is located) for a Hustings on June the 2nd, commencing after iftaar at 10:40pm.
This will be the ideal opportunity for you to raise concerns as well ask any queries on national policy directly to the Prospective Parliamentary Candidates.

We have now started the process of collecting names for those who would like to recite Dua’s during the Holy Month of Ramadhan.

This online form is ONLY applicable to those aged 16 years and above.

The Behlool Youth Society from MKSI Leicester is once again hosting the 6th Annual Behlool Boys Easter Camp 2017.
Taking place from Saturday 8th April 2017 – 11th April 2017 (During the Easter Holidays)
For Boys Aged 11-14.
This year our camp ethos will focus on Empowering Character Building, Spiritual Development and Personal Skill Enhancement.
The camp will bring together various elements such as Interactive Workshops, Leisure Activities, Debates and Team Building Exercises. Alongside these fundamental aspects of the camp, there will be both Islamic and Secular Workshops.
Leisure activities include Skiing, Sports, Self Defence, Tubing, Laser Tag, Tobogganing and much MORE!!
