Swimming Coordinator: Ayman Fazal
Swimming is a great form of all-round exercise as well as a Life Saving skill. It's ideal if you want to be more active and stay healthy, whatever your age or ability.
My goal is to cater for a variety of tastes and abilities, including Parent and Toddler Groups. I want to make the swimming experience fun for experienced swimmers and beginners and encourage you to stick with it.
The swimming pool makes a great playground, even for non-swimmers.
Activities such as Aqua Aerobics & Aqua Zumba are perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. During the course of the year, I plan to introduce both of these activities as well as Swimming Lessons for non-swimmers.
