Masoomin Sports Club and Al Najiyaat sports are pleased to announce the start of badminton coaching for the children of our community. The purpose of these sessions is to help our children learn how to play badminton and develop existing skills to enhance the ability of players in our community, as well as have fun!

What: Badminton coaching

Who: Boys and Girls aged 7-12

When: Saturday mornings- Sessions will begin Saturday 6th February 2016.

• 10-11am girls
• 11-12am boys

Venue: Hallfield School, 48 Church Rd, Birmingham B15 3SJ

Cost: £10.00 for 4 weeks and sessions will run for 8 weeks.

We are very proud of our 8 players: Aliya Dhanji, Ayman Fazel, Azmina Elias, Fatema Kermali, Mahera Fazel, Masuma Naqvi, Mussarat Bandali, Sayyeda Jetha For attending the unity games and returning home with many trophies.

A special mention goes to the Birmingham badminton ladies team for winning the plate event. The team included Azmina Elias, Mahera Fazal, Fatema Kermali and Aliya Dhanji.

In the true spirit of UNITY our team players merged with players from leicester to form a Midlands team and won the plate event in netball. We are very proud of your achievement you have set the bar high for future events.
