We have exciting news from one of our member jamaats! Stanmore Jaffery's, a youth organisation based at our jamaat in Stanmore, has a football academy known as SJFA. Thanks to their tremendous hard work and tireless efforts, the community has benefited tremendously from this initiative allowing youngsters to come and play football together in the spirit of brotherhood.
SJFA have been nominated for The Spirit of 2012 Connecting Communities Award, to be presented at the British Ethnic Diversity Sports Awards (BEDSA). This is a huge opportunity for our community to grow, develop and receive the recognition it duly deserves.
