By the end of September, PRIME will have finished its trial of brand new services for the over 50s and, following positive feedback and the success of each event, we are now aiming to roll them out across the country.

These brand new services replace our previous offering, namely an introduction to self-employment workshop followed by a three-day business training course, and now cover the entire spectrum of enterprise from how to cultivate an idea all the way to growing a business.

So far, we have trialled the new services in Birmingham and Stafford during July and September with more than 130 people attending across nine different events, including '#Over50sRock', 'The Light Bulb Moment' and 'Thrive'.

Nicky Templeton, PRIME’s Director of Partnerships, has been leading this trial period and said that the plan now is to start facilitating these workshops and events in other areas of the country.

"We always knew we could offer a more flexible and dynamic suite of workshops and events for our clients and thanks to these trial events, we now have the confidence to go out to other regions.

"So please do keep an eye out on our events page and any emails we send you for details on new events in your area."
