Building a sustainable and vibrant Community:

Verse of the month:

إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَ أَخَوَيْكُمْ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ

 The faithful are indeed brothers. Therefore, make peace between your brothers and be wary of Allah, so that you may receive [His] mercy. (Hujurat 49:10)  

During this month of Rabiul Thaani we follow on from Rabbiul awwal where community programmes will focus on the above 'Theme of the month' based on the 'Verse of the month' (49:10). Building a sustainable and vibrant community was one of the main missions of the Prophet (SAW).

Each lecture will have a summary uploaded onto this website with the opportunity for individuals to post questions/comments/suggestions relating to the topic in the comments section. We hope that as the community engages further in this initiative more detailed notes, references, further reading opportunities etc will become available.
