Dear Brother / Sister,
Salaam Alaykum.
I hope that you are well.
You may recall that the Building Committee held a workshop with the architects that are desiging our new centre a couple of weeks ago. The week after, we held a session with subcommittee heads, which was also very fruitful. We discussed many things in detail regarding the design and facilities that will be required to build a centre for our community's needs. The architects again took away all of the outputs of the workshop and are analysing them in detail.
I am writing to let you know that it is still not too late to air your views. You can air your views by doing one of the following:
Filling in an online questionnaire, which is available at http://census.ksmnet.org//index.php?sid=73736.
Filling in a paper version of the same questionnaire that can be found on the Treasurer's desk in both the gents and the ladies.
Your views are much appreciated!
God bless you for taking time out of your busy schedule to help the committee understand what you want.
With Salaams and Duas,

The Jamaat has recently engaged the services of K4 Architects in order to design the new centre as part of the Mehfil-e-Abbas (MAP) project.

One of the most important aspects of the design is the community’s ideas on what should be included in the centre and what the general look and feel of the new space should be.

It gives me great pleasure therefore to invite you on behalf of the Building Committee to a workshop session led by the architects where all community members, young and old, male and female, will be able to air their views on what things they think are important for the new centre to have.

The event will be held on Saturday 10th September at 8.15pm and there will be a separate event in the ladies and the gents Imambara's respectively.

The agenda for the workshop session has been attached here for your information.
